So I have been slacking with the picture taking. Everyday I say to myself "today is the day I document WIAW eats" and everyday I forget at least 2 pictures. Somehow they always end up being the pictures I wanted the most... FAIL!
After another picture diary fail today I decided just to document some of my favorite eats right now.
Don't worry Jen! They will have lots of veggies :o)
My top eat this past week has been Cauliflower mash.
I went through 4 heads of Cauliflower over a 6 day period!
Sweet Potato Quinoa Pilaf
Lots of Chicken and Lots of Spinach
Cucumbers have made a few appearances...
Plain, with hummus, mixed into my healthy chicken salad.
Spinach has even snuck into most of my meals
Brian and I have both decided we have been "snacking" a bit more then we should and we are "cleaning" up our diet. We are back to our super clean, super strict way of eating. I will tell you this... even after only 2 days of crazy meal planning, and clean eating I feel so much better!

Isn't it crazy how just a few days of getting back to super clean eating can totally revamp how your body's feeling? One of the wonders of good, whole food. Sweet potato quinoa pilaf sounds pretty amazing!
