2 A Days!!!

For those who don't know a 2 A day is just what it sounds like... Working out 2 times in 1 day.
 I want this shirt... Bday idea... hint hint
I started my morning early with some heavy leg weights and ended with 2-2.5 mile run with Brian.

In between there I ate lots of fruits, veggies and protein. And if you read my first blog today you would know nothing filled me up!!!

Our dinner was a delicious mixed green salad with spinach, peppers, onions, tomatoes, almonds, goat cheese, crasins, baked chicken and sauteed garlic asparagus.

When I am making a salad I always try to make it colorful. Veggies are a must in a healthy diet and all the different colors mean you are getting much needed nutrients.

After dinner and a little relaxation it was time to put down the remote and lace up the tennis shoes.

Brian and I are both pretty tired (its only Monday.. yikes) but we pushed out a pretty decent run.

Now its time to enjoy the season finale of hells kitchen with an ample amount of water and a PB Protein granola bar

  1. I think I am your blog stalker! We usually do 2 a days on Mondays with a workout then sprints. Sometimes my legs feel better the next day when I sprint after a tough workout.

    Salad looks amazing. Note to self. Get goat cheese.
