What I ate Wednesday v.10... getting back on track



Peas and Crayons
So I am on a mission to eat crazy healthy to get ready for the holidays. It is said the avg. person gains 5lbs over the holiday season... Now I don't think I have actually gained 5lbs over the holidays but I sure feel like it when the night is over.

So my goal is to get in good workouts and eat without splurging (much). So my WIAW is brought to you courtesy of my Monday start to getting ready for the Holidays....

Brian and I started the morning with a jog, about half a mile and then we did sprints. About 70yd sprints 6 total. It wasn't to much but it got us moving and ready for our day

 6am: Over night Oats thanks to my recently empty Peanut butter jar and some coffee (black
 with honey...no milk)







Snack 1
9am: Protein Bread topped with cottage cheese


Lunch: Butternut Squash Orzo salad
with spinach and goat cheese. (sorry no picture)


Snack 2
1:30pm: Crunch Master GF crackers with copper cowbell Asiago Cheese.















Snack 3:
3:30pm: Two Tangerines

I actually left work on time so I could get in my workout and relax after dinner

Since we ran in the morning it was weights at the gym for me.

I did a lower body work out: Leg press, glutes, and seated leg curl. All done heavy and as many reps as I could. Here is a sneak into my leg press workout  and my thoughts on women and weights




After my workout I had a tiny spoon full of PB







Dinner
6:30pm: Pulled Chicken and Baked Broccoli

I am so ready for Thanksgiving break to get here. I love my little munchkins but I am so in need of a desprete break from all 17 of them LOL
