Plank Jumping Jacks 30 day Challenge V16

Peas and Crayons

I just want to start by saying HAPPY BIRTHDAY to the most incredible man in my life..
Not only is he extremely good looking but he is caring, loving, funny, goofy, SMART, and I mean he looks good in a uniform... need I say more haha.

Ok on with the challenge and WIAW.

PLANK JUMPING JACKS

This exercise along with "push ups" can be found here on my blog.

These can also be done directly on the ground
Start in a high plank position

Use core to jump legs out (just like a jumping jack only on the ground)

Use core to jump your legs back in

  1. I just received a box of Larabar Uber bars. I think I won them from a race expo. Very tasty :)

Happy birthday to "your man". My husband's birthday is tomorrow :)

  2. I've been working on planks lately, does it help to do them on a record? I'm curious!

    1. I was using a balance disk, it makes it a little more difficult and stabilizes the core a little more. I promise they will get easier :o)

  5. Great eats, they all look yummy. And I am SO jealous of your arm muscle definition when you were doing those planks. One day, One day. Great exercise though, I'll definitely include that in my next workout!
